WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Meet Your Guide

Kristen Lambert

Kristen is the founder of InnerWeave, a new concept where creativity, mindfulness, and movement are woven together to support wellbeing.

With more than a decade of experience leading knitting workshops, wellness gatherings and community programs, Kristen has guided thousands of people to slow down to reconnect and discover the joy of making.

Through the Stowe Winter Retreat, she’ll bring her expertise as both a knitwear designer and educator, alongside her passion for mindfulness and intentional living to guide participants through creative workshops, movement practices, and reflective sessions designed to reset the nervous system and nurture both body and mind.

Her thoughtful, heart-centered approach creates a safe and inspiring space for participants to arrive as they are and leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.

Meet Your Yoga Teacher

Greta Calabrese

Greta began her yoga practice in Boston, completing her teaching certification in 2012. For her, yoga is a source of comfort in the body and balance in the mind.

In 2021, she returned home to Vermont, where she now leads weekly practices at Upper Valley Yoga in White River Junction. Greta’s teaching blends Hatha (with a foundation in Iyengar) and Vinyasa, inviting students to explore both structure and flow. She loves discovering new challenges within her own practice and sharing that inspiration with those she teaches.

Beyond the mat, Greta finds joy in pottery, interior design, and life with her husband and two young children as they explore the beauty of Vermont together.

Meet Your Community Connector

Jess Ann Kirby

Jess Ann Kirby is a writer, creator, and founder of The NE Guide, a lifestyle and wellness platform rooted in intentional living. Raised in coastal Rhode Island and now based in Vermont, Jess shares inspiration for mindful consumption, design, travel, and everyday life surrounded by nature.

Her work invites others to embrace thoughtful choices, discover beauty in New England living, and create a life anchored in creativity and connection. When she’s not writing or building community, Jess enjoys time outdoors with her family, exploring all that Vermont and New England have to offer.
